Income Requirements: The applicant must make 2.5 times the amount of rent,
Credit Requirements:
Based on you credit score, your application will be either accepted, receive a low accept (which requires an additional deposit equal to month's rent), conditional acceptance (which requires an additional deposit equal to 1 month's rent) or declined.

Rental History: No more than 2 negative counts against you within the last 12 months (ie; Late payments, complaints, lease violations, etc.) We check for the last 24 months of rental history/ addresses, if possible.
