Located just north of Greenwood and west of the Northgate neighborhood, the Oaktree neighborhood offers more affordable housing than its neighbors closer to Downtown Seattle.

The area consists of a mix of duplexes, multiplexes, small apartment buildings, condominiums and single-family homes. Access to highways, the Northgate mall, the Oaktree cinemas and other amenities are excellent. Being a little further north from Downtown contributes to more affordable pricing for rental housing in this area.
