Schools & Education

To enroll your child in the Seattle Public School District, you must call or visit a student Assignment Service Center to receive registration materials. The center will provide your child's reference area or cluster assignment. To complete the registration process, bring proof of address, such as a rent receipt, driver's license, or pre-printed check; your child's immunization records; and proof of the student's birth date. The regular enrollment period is February for elementary, and March for middle and high school. When enrolling during these times your child has a better chance of receiving their first choice for schools.
