We offer a 6-month lease then it goes month to month thereafter. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, and electricity). 6. Maximum occupancy is 2 people for a 1-bedroom unit, 4 people for a 2-bedroom unit. 7. Sorry we do not allow pets.
