Transportation
Bus Information
The greater Seattle area has an excellent bus system. King County is serviced by Metro and Sound Transit. You can use their handy online Trip Planners to find a stop near you
and plan the shortest routes to your destination. If you board
and exit a Metro bus in downtown Seattle's Free Ride Zone, you don't
have to pay a fare between 6:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Carpooling
Metro sponsers a Rideshare Program that lets you connect with other carpoolers heading to your destination. You can purchase an affordable permit to park in reserved carpool parking spots downtown - a map is located here.
