The gardens and architecture of Washington Park will delight you as your stretch your legs on a long walk through our beautiful neighborhood. Madison Park is on a good bus line so a 10 minute trip downtown takes you to the Pike Place Market, Benaroya Hall or the Triple Door, our favorite venue for music. The Seattle Art Museum is newly expanded and fascinating. Sports, clubs, shopping, galleries: Seattle offers a good selection. The Central Coop, Trader Joe’s and the Essential Bakery in Madison Valley have terrific take-out to enjoy European style. Our kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary to cook well. There is an oversized walk-in closet for your clothes and luggage with a dresser and standing ironing board. The studio has space to do yoga on a clean, oak floor. Visit the Arboretum and Japanese Gardens. Madison Park is also close to the University of Washington, Seattle University and SCC. ‘Pill Hill’, site of numerous hospitals and research centers is a mile two away. Ample towels, fine cotton linens, natural fibers, hardwood, tile and marble surfaces make for a comforting, allergy free environment. The neighborhood is alive with cafes and plenty of Wifi to go around. Current DVD’s can be rented across the street at Bert’s IGA. Yoga studios, spas, salons and boutique shopping are a block away. And the bustle of stylish Madison Park quiets to a hush in the evening so you will sleep peacefully. This quiet, private studio apartment in our building in Madison Park is available on a monthly basis. The rent is determined by length of stay. It is comfortably furnished with a queen-sized bed, a cherry dresser and round dining table. The kitchen is well equipped; a Bosch electric range, French china, stainless pans, convenient appliances, an efficient refrigerator and nice tile surfaces.
